The Shepherd Centre

The Shepherd Centre values and actively seeks the input of families and stakeholders and encourages them to provide feedback, both positive and negative. We use compliments, complaints and suggestions to correct errors, improve our services and acknowledge individuals and teams who are providing excellent service.

All feedback and complaints will be dealt with confidentially and attended to promptly.
