In general, the trend was improvements from 2016 particularly in the areas of friendliness of our staff and our commitment to the safety and wellbeing of your child.

We have recognised two main things to work on this year. Firstly our need to continue to focus on and recognise successes for you and your family. Secondly, a need to be more involved when your family is working with other services, specifically the NDIS.  We are doing our best to ensure that our information, processes and ways that we can work with you are as comprehensive and up to date as possible. This ensures that you are informed every step of the way with the ongoing changes within and around the NDIS. This is indeed a challenge for us too!

We are committed to ensuring that our staff are friendly, reliable, and trustworthy and that they keep you and your child safe.
