A Child’s Journey with The Shepherd Centre

16 Feb 2021

This year, after several successful webinars in 2020, we will be hosting a series of complimentary webinars that take a deeper dive into the work we do at The Shepherd Centre.

The first in the series will be A Child’s Journey with The Shepherd Centre. This will take place from 12:30pm on Wednesday 24th February 2021.

Have you ever wondered what happens when a child first steps foot in one of our centres? Or felt curious about what the journey to developing speech and language looks like? Perhaps you really don’t know what Early Intervention Listening and Spoken Language Therapy is, or you’d like to know more about the full package of services that we offer.

This webinar will be hosted by Stephanie Ingram. Stephanie is the Regional Manager for the Liverpool and Macarthur regions and is one of the Child and Family Counsellors at The Shepherd Centre. She is an experienced Social Worker and manager, graduating from UNSW in 2006. Since then, she has worked extensively with families and with children who have a disability, across a broad range of diagnoses. She is passionate about supporting families through the diagnosis journey and ensuring children and families get the services they need.

Join us for this in-depth look at a child’s journey with The Shepherd Centre, from their very first visit right through to graduation.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about our work, and all from the comfort of your own home, as this is an online event.
