The porting process is scheduled to take place this Thursday 26th March at 3 pm. We are currently in the process of arranging for our telephone lines to be moved to our new carrier.
Please be aware that there may be a 15-minute outage during the porting process, with the unlikely possibility of a 4-6 hour outage.
During the porting process, there will be no telephone service available at any of our centres, and callers will receive an engaged/error signal. Please contact your centre by phone during this outage. We thank you for your understanding and patience as we update our systems.
