Changes to our invoicing details
Important announcement about changes to our invoices and payment details.

As part of our investment for the future, we are modernising our systems and technology.
From January, you will notice some changes in the look of our invoices and payment details. It’s important to know that these are legitimate changes. If you have any questions about what’s described below, please don’t hesitate to contact our team at [email protected] or on 9370 4400.
Some of the key changes you’ll see include the following:
- Our bank account details will change, and you will see a different BSB of 032-003 and an Account Number for a Westpac account. We appreciate you updating any saved details with the new numbers as we streamline our processes.
- The email address that sends the invoice will become [email protected]. We want you to know that this is a genuine email from us. You do not need to take any action; however, we recommend adding this new email address to a safe senders list to avoid it going to junk mail.
- Finally, you’ll notice the invoice looks slightly different. It contains the same information in a simpler layout with our logo and contact details in the top right. Some information, such as the due date and package details, is easier to read.
