Creating Your Legacy: Making Your Will with Confidence

Making a Will is one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make. It brings peace of mind that your wishes will be honoured, supports your loved ones during a difficult time, and ensures your legacy lives on through the people and causes you care about.

Taking the time to prepare your Will allows you to look after the people you love by making thoughtful decisions about what matters most to you. It is also a meaningful way to reflect your values, offering the opportunity to support causes close to your heart and create a lasting impact that extends well beyond your lifetime.

Recognising the importance of having a Will, The Shepherd Centre has partnered with an additional online Wills provider – Willed. This means we now offer three trusted options to help you create your Will easily, affordably and with full legal validity.

Introducing Willed – Our New Online Will Provider

Willed offers a simple, secure and accessible way to create a legally valid Will from home. It provides:

  • A guided, user-friendly online process
  • Easy, plain-English questions
  • Professional in-house legal team for support if required
  • Less stress and paperwork
  • A straightforward option to include a future gift to The Shepherd Centre if you wish.*

By partnering with Willed, we hope to make planning your Will simple and reassuring, while offering the opportunity, if you choose, to leave a legacy that empowers children who are deaf or hard of hearing to find their voice and reach their full potential.

Our existing Will options

At The Shepherd Centre, we are committed to providing our supporters with accessible ways to create a Will.

We are fortunate to partner with RMB Lawyers, a well-known and established law firm that offers to prepare your Will free of charge, with no obligation to leave a gift to The Shepherd Centre.

We also continue to offer EveryWill, (formerly Gathered Here) the online Will provider that allows supporters to create their Will completely free of charge.

To learn more about all three options, visit Our Partners – The Shepherd Centre

By providing these options, we hope to ensure that whatever your circumstances, there is a simple affordable way for you to put your wishes in place.

Still not sure where to start?
