The Shepherd Centre has officially relocated its Newcastle service to a new permanent home at Level 1, 218 Pacific Highway, Charlestown, marking a major milestone for families across Newcastle and the Hunter Region.
The new purpose-designed facility provides a fresh, welcoming space where The Shepherd Centre’s trusted team will continue delivering its world-leading early intervention programs and wraparound, family-centred care for babies, children, and teens with hearing loss.
Strengthening support across the region
This move reinforces The Shepherd Centre’s commitment to meeting the needs of local families. While the location has changed, the same experienced team will remain in place, continuing to provide the proven programs and personalised support families know and trust.
The new Newcastle centre enables ongoing delivery of the organisation’s life-changing services, including early intervention, audiology, speech therapy, and family support, right across the region.
A permanent base for connection and care
The permanent Charlestown location offers a dedicated, fit-for-purpose environment designed to support the growth and sustainability of services in Newcastle.
